PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FOREIGN NATIONAL / NRI / OCI CARD HOLDER TO ENTER ANDAMAN:
>It is mandatory to have PASSPORT which is valid with 6 months duration prior to travel & valid VISA.
>In case guest’s Visa is already received, kindly do check and ensure that there is NO SEPARATE STAMP stating ‘Entry to Restricted Areas Not Permitted’. If this exists, do contact the Indian mission to amend the same
>Please also note that there is a pre-printed separate information in the Visa which would state: ‘Not valid for prohibited, restricted and cantonment areas’ and this line can be ignored
>Foreign diplomats, members of the United Nations, International organizations holding diplomatic/official passport and Visa holders of Journalists Visa, Research Visa and Conference Visa and Citizens of Afghanistan, China, Pakistan, foreign nationals of Pakistani origin, shall not be issued RAP without prior approval of Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India.
>If any foreign national of above stated category arrives without obtaining prior approval at Port Blair would be sent back by the same flight by concerned airlines on instruction from Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Port Blair.
>The prior approval Restricted Area Permit can also be obtained from the Indian Missions overseas and also from the foreigners Registration offices at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata and from the Immigration Authorities at the Airports of New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
>All other categories of Indian visa holders are eligible for RAP issuance on arrival at Port Blair airport
>Kindly note this is a Government related requirement and we will not take any liability in case guest has to return back from airport due to non compliance of the government rules and regulations. Our normal cancellation policy will apply for all bookings.
Please note that once the booking is done the hotel will get in touch with the guest regarding the payment collection. To secure the reservation the payment has to be done 72 hrs after the booking from the date of booking.
How to Reach Havelock and Neil Island
• The ferries operate from Port Blair to Havelock and Neil from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
• From Havelock and Neil to Port Blair the ferries operate from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
• Ferry schedules may be changed by the operator. Please reconfirm with your ferry operator for the current schedule a few days before arrival. All sailings are subject to weather conditions.
Availability for ferry tickets: Guests are requested to book their ferry details beforehand or contact the property for more details.
Please note that there will be no refund on the government or the private ferry tickets, if already purchased.
