Located 3.5 km from Reykjavik city centre, this eco-certified hostel is beside the geothermally heated Laugardalslaug Swimming Pool. It features a family friendly coffee house, food and bar, 2 communal kitchens and free private parking. At Dalur - HI Eco Hostel, guests can choose accommodation with either private or shared bathrooms. Free WiFi is available throughout the hostel. Dalur Cafe offers mostly organic breakfast, fairtrade coffee & tea, local meals, and drinks. Guests can barbecue on the terrace all year round. The property requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in.
