Vintage Room and Florence Room are comfortable rooms with exclusive bathrooms outside the rooms, in a completely renovated apartment for tourist use, located in the historic center of San Frediano. The systems are of the latest generation with underfloor heating and air conditioning. The rooms and bathrooms have been created with attention to the smallest details, from the choice of materials to the personalized furnishings that gave the rooms their names. In fact, in the Vintage Room, an ancient and valuable floor from the end of the 19th century made up of cement tiles (tiles with colored geometric decorations) has been restored, as if it was a carpet in the center of the room. The furniture is partly modern with some antique pieces. The Florence Room, on the other hand, takes its name from a series of photographic reproductions that immortalize some details of the city of Florence.

I am a sociable person, extroverted with a predisposition to welcome. I like to make people feel at ease and for this I want to welcome my guests personally with the delivery of the keys and I am always available for any question or need during their stay.
