Modern apartments of 50 sqm located on the ground floor and on the first floor can accommodate up to 2 people and modern suite of about 22 sqm located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (stairs to access), can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The apartments are located in the city center of Decimomannu, area served by all major services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Only 13.8 km from Cagliari airport. The apartments are equipped with all major amenities: Unlimited WIFI, heating and a/c via split, TV and parking. The suite has a double bed, WIFI, air conditioning and heating provided ONLY via split A/C, Smart TV and microwave. The suite can be booked together with the first floor apartment. PLEASE NOTE: The coin-operated washing machine and the entrance are shared with the apartment on the first floor. PLEASE NOTE: The property has 2 uncovered parking spaces, which are reserved exclusively for apartment guests. The suite does NOT have a parking space.

Neighbourhood information

West of Cagliari, after Assemini, on the edge of the state road 130 that leads to Iglesias, rises Decimomannu. Center full of services and equipped with all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Not to be missed is the most important religious building is the parish of Sant'Antonio Abate, the Church of Santa Greca. We also recommend the use of the car to better visit the surroundings: Villaspeciosa, Uta, Assemini and Decimoputzu. Decimomannu is only 13.8 km from Cagliari airport. Main distances: - Saint Anthony Abbot parish: 2 minutes on foot; - Church of Santa Greca: 8 minutes on foot; - Villaspeciosa: 7 minutes by car; - Assemini: 24 minutes by car.
