All our rooms have a private bathroom with all the necessary comforts to make your stay unforgettable. They also have air conditioning self-heating and free wifi internet service. Each floor of our Guest House also has a lovely kitchen/living room with a private terrace. A few steps from Vico Tauro House you can find markets, bars, restaurants, banks, buses and taxi stops. We will be available at any time of the day for any information or suggestions to make your stay in Taormina as comfortable as possible.
Taormina is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities in Sicily (Italy), a true jewel set in a perfect environment, with the Mediterranean Sea and the volcano Etna as a backdrop. It sits on a natural terrace, 200 metres above sea level, on what is known as Mount Tauros and is surrounded by some of the best beaches on the island, such as Isola Bella. It is a neat and tidy town, far from the chaos of other Sicilian cities, but also one of the most visited and where mass tourism can take away its charm. Nevertheless, for us, Taormina is an essential stop on a tour of Sicily and a place to see at least once in a lifetime.
When we talk about Sicily, or rather about vacations in Sicily, the name of Taormina always comes up. Everyone wants to visit Taormina and in fact it is one of the cities of Sicily that has the highest number of tourists every year. People go on vacation in Taormina mainly because it is a beautiful city. Taormina lies harmoniously on the cliff, from which it turns its gaze towards the sea, the edge of the water below her blurs the white beaches.
