The B & B is a house of the sixteenth century located on the shores of Lake Bracciano, in a quiet area of the Old Town, probably in the past was shelter for the activities of fishermen, located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Bracciano-Martignano, in an area pleasant and relaxing just a few kilometers from Rome. The structure has spacious, bright and comfortable rooms, with lake view or overlooking the characteristic historical center; recently renovated with particular attention to pre-existences and the historical context to which it belongs, with attention to simplicity and elegance and with a refined choice of materials, thanks to the strong desire to revive objects and family furniture, masterfully combining different ages , not forgetting the interest for nature and its respect through an eco-sustainable and ecological architecture, it is equipped with bio-climatic comfort.
Hello my name is Federico, I will try to do everything possible to make you feel at ease in this corner of paradise. I am passionate about water sports, primarily sailing and swimming, I love to travel in search of quiet places, breathe the local atmosphere and lose myself in the breathtaking views.
Located at the foot of the historic Old Town of Anguillara Sabazia, our structure is in a quiet area and close to bars and restaurants, within a radius of 500 meters you can find small food stores in the country to large supermarkets, pharmacies and shops of various gender. Being the B & B facing the lake, you can take advantage of two characteristics descended to the lake a few meters from the residence; or choose the beach 150 meters away, where there are small equipped bathing and sports facilities, some of which have special agreements. The other beach of Anguillara S. is that of Vigna di Valle which is 3 kilometers away, reachable by a municipal transport with the purchase of a ticket on board, the bus stop is 150 meters away. For the little ones there is the large piazza del Molo where you can play, or a small shady public garden with swings and slides 500 meters away, where there is a shopping mall, with ATM banks in addition to the town library. At 5 km is the Historical Museum of the Air Force, I recommend the visit, admission is free.
