Albergo Roma asub elegantses 18. sajandist pärit hoones, otse Casciana Terme termide peasissekäigu vastas. Hotelli aedades on suur bassein ja päikeseterrass. Toad on klassikalise sisekujundusega ning neis on plaaditud põrandad ja kaunistatud vaibad. Kõikides tubades on konditsioneer, minibaar ja televiisor. Tubadest avaneb panoraamvaade linnale.
