This is what happened to us and our two little sons Luay (6 years old) and Leonel (5 years old). With the first apartment we have fulfilled our personal dream and by renting out our first apartment “Cipresso 2” many of our guests have been able to share in this dream. We now run three of our own apartments on Lake Como , our second home. We lovingly decorate our apartments, carry out any repairs with passion and are constantly working to optimize our service for our guests. From the peaceful and unspoilt hillside residence guests can easily reach within minutes by car the local village grocery shop as well as the picturesque lakeside resort town of Menaggio, which boasts a wide variety of amenities including various supermarkets, delicatessens, banks, bars, cafes, authentic restaurants, boutique jewellery and clothes shops, a Lido with swimming pool and beach as well as a fast and frequent ferry service to the other Golden Triangle towns of Bellagio and Varenna. The romantic promenade also provides a wonderful place to relax with an ice-cream or book and stroll to the mini golf and Lido whilst taking in the spectacular views towards the eastern shore and Bellagio peninsular. The famous Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbianello are both easily reachable by car along the scenic lakeside road, which leads in just a 40 minutes drive to the cosmopolitan city of Como which offers fast train links to Milan city and Milan Malpensa Airport."
