Anastasio Vatican Rooms Guest House is located on the first floor of in an elegant building with doorman and elevator and was completely renovated in early 2023. It consists of a common area with access to a balcony and equipped with armchairs, tables and chairs, 50” TV, kitchenette with coffee / cappuccino machine, microwave, refrigerator, all available to guests. Then there are 3 rooms, each with a private bathroom with large showers, bidet, hairdryer, shower gel / shampoo, liquid soap. The first room of 22 square metres can accommodate up to 4 adults, the second room of 19 square metres up to 3 guests, the third room of 15 square metres up to 2 guests. Please note, double beds cannot be made into 2 single beds. Each room is equipped with a door opening with a numeric code, radiator heating, hot / cold air conditioning, electric shutters, 43 "flat screen TV, large wardrobe, desk, minibar, electric kettle for tea / herbal tea, luggage racks. Each room has bed linen and towels. The whole structure is covered by free wi-fi internet. The private parking service is unrelated to the structure, it is mandatory to book it in advance and is subject to availability. There are also free street parking spaces.

The Aurelio S. Pietro district, despite being close to the historic centre of Rome, is distinguished by its evening tranquillity and commercial liveliness during the day. There are restaurants, bars and clubs where you can eat, have a good breakfast or a relaxing aperitif. A short distance away is the public park Villa Pamphili, the largest in the capital. It is possible to easily reach most of the strategic points of Rome. On foot you can reach the Metro A station of Valle Aurelia in 9 minutes (to reach in a few minutes the shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo, Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain). Always with a nice walk you can get in 15 minutes to the Vatican Museums, in 20 minutes to St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican City, in 25 minutes Castel S.Angelo.
