Ground floor apartment surrounded on 3 sides by a private garden with adjacent private parking. Few steps away from several sport areas and parks. Suitable for two workers on business trips, two couples or a family with children. Strategically placed to connect with every corner of South Sardinia, Cagliari city centre and the Airport quickly by train, bus or car. Broadband internet connection (200Mbps download - 20Mbps Upload) included in the price. The property address is covered by food-delivery. The accommodation is regularly registered for short renting under Sardinian law with number IUN Q1988.
Irish-Italian happy husband and father of two daughters. Normally I'll meet you in the house to give you the keys and brief you into the premises. Under Sardinian law we must communicate your presence at our accommodation to the authority. You will be asked to provide with an ID during the check-in.
The building is located in a central position accessible by car from a cul-de-sac with no traffic, a few steps away from a quiet pedestrian area with trees, a playground and a brand new public basketball court that you can use freely to play, run and exercise. In less then 500m there is a tennis club, a police station, bars, pub, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, emergency doctor, hospital, petrol station, catholic church, bus stops, library and schools. The train station is also near, just 700m far.
