Matteo was born and raised in Villasimius, he owns the "Prandiu" restaurant business here which he follows with passion and dedication and is the figure of the house who takes care of the bureaucratic management part. Mery was born and raised in the province of Cagliari, since childhood her summer destination has always been Villasimius, she is also a freelancer as a Party planner and Home stager, as well as being the figure who takes care of the aesthetic and functional design of the house, she takes care of of communication with our guests, making ourselves the point of reference for every need. Our house is a small, intimate and elegant tourist location located in one of the most fascinating places in Sardinia. Always lovers of travel and discovering the beauties of the world and those who live there, from 2022 we will open our doors to host travelers from all over the world. The result of a careful renovation that began in 2021, we have taken care of every element down to the smallest detail, putting our heart, commitment and all our essence into it. Arya room Villasimius is located in the center of the town where it is possible in a few steps (3 minutes on foot) to reach the square and the main street of the town where there are shops, restaurants and nightlife, this allows the convenience of not having to use the car for evening outings where parking in the center can be difficult to find depending on the period of stay as well as paying. There is a large free public car park in front of our facility.
