Located in a 16th century building only 650 meters from the Accademia Bridge, Avogaria 5 Rooms is an intimate property in Venice’s Dorsoduro quarter. It offers elegant rooms with a patio and a satellite LCD TV. The refine and custom-made furnishings are a style-mix between the 18th century and modern design. Rooms at the Avogaria are all fitted with fine fabrics, some features carpeted floors, others wooden or concrete covered with fine rugs. Each comes with a king size bed, a minibar and a private bathroom, while some feature a private garden. Breakfast can be served, at choice, in the breakfast room, in the room or in the room's private garden. The San Basilio vaporetto water bus stop is 200 meters from Avogaria 5 Rooms. The Peggy Guggenheim Museum is a 12-minute walk away. The San Sebastian's Church with frescoes by Veronese is only 30 meters away.
