"Le Orchidee" (the orchids) is a B&B with essential, wide and functional spaces.
The position is central and strategic, in walking distance of old town, touristic port and its promenade, San Giovanni beach and bus stop, from where it is possible to reach the airport and the other beaches outside the city.
The apartment is managed by Franco and Elisa, father and daughter, who will be always helpful to make pleasant your stay and to give you useful advices to better experience Alghero.
The accomodation, located in the raised ground floor of a building of the seventies, has been renovated in 2016.
From the hallway you access to the two bedrooms, a double room and a room with two single beds.
The breakfast can be consumed in the kitchen, provided with refrigerator and freezer, and from where you exit in the little balcon with the clothes airer.
The wide bathroom with window is provided with sink and mirror, wc, bidet, shower stall and hair-drier. We will give guests personal towels.
Thanks to its location, it will be easy to freely park in the streets near the accomodation.
Franco and Elisa will be always helpful, contacting them by mail or telephon, for every needs and to make pleasant your stay at "Le Orchidee", making you feel at home.
"Le Orchidee" has a strategic and central position to the main points of interest.
With 5/10 minutes of walking you arrive to the stops of buses that permit the urban, extra-urban and airport link. From the central stop a Beach Bus is also available to reach the beaches and shores outside Alghero.
At a distance of 500 meters from Le Orchidee, from Lungomare (promenade) Barcelona you arrive to the port from where it is possile to take touristic boat to visit the beautiful Neptuno's Caves at the base of Caccia Cape's high cliff.
Proceeding on the promenade you arrive to the catalan-aragonese bastions which surround the old town with its little squares, narrow streets and churches.
Walking to the opposite direction in just 15 minutes you reach the San Giovanni Beach, where beach clubs, perfect for families with children, are located.
