Please note that check-in is upon appointment only. If not communicated in advance, a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for every hour of delay after the appointed check-in hours.
Guests should insert credit card details and not debit card details when they make the reservation.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Guests are required to communicate their arrival time in Venice and at the B&B at the time of booking. Guests must contact the property at time of booking for check-in directions. Check-in is by appointment only.
