No assistance or service dogs are allowed, as there are already four cats. Small service bathroom,for the exclusive use of the guest, with all sanitary fixtures, sink, shower, bidet, toilet. Flowery and green terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the park below. The entire apartment is equipped with double thermal glazing. The central heating is turned on a couple of hours a day when the internal temperature is below 19°, to avoid excessive energy and economic expenditure. Guests have access to the entire apartment, excluding the owner's private rooms. Kitchen and living room and terrace are shared with with the owner and any other guest. It is not allowed to host other people other than those making use of the reservation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment but only on the terrace. We ask you to respect the rules of good and civil coexistence. DEAR GUESTS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: MY HOUSE IS NOT LOCATED IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER BUT 3 KM FROM IT. It is possible to download an app and rent the electric scooter or bike that you will find a few steps from home, generally located in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 5 minutes from home.
