Single/double room in shared apartment in characteristic semi-central area. The apartment is on the third floor of a 1950s apartment building with an elevator. The room is large, bright, with an area of 16 square meters. It is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, two-door closet, desk, armchair, chair, balcony overlooking the main street with table and chair. The bathroom is opposite, in the corridor, shared with the owner. In the immediate vicinity there are many supermarkets (also h24), bars, typical restaurants, bakeries, gyms and all kinds of stores. There is also a McDonald's within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and strangers and animals are not allowed. A small library of books and guides on Rome is available in the house, which is also available to guests. Easy connections are available to the airports, the center, the railway stations, the main concerts (Circo Massimo and Rock in Roma).

Torpignattara is one of Rome's truest and most characteristic neighborhoods, a melting pot of cultures and home to many art and theater workshops as well as excellent typical restaurants (such as the famous Betto&Mary). Very close are the places where Pasolini shot his first, celebrated films, as well as sites of great historical and artistic interest (including the Alessandrino aqueduct, the mausoleum of St. Helen, the Catacombs of Saints Marcellinus and Peter). The stop for the little train, which leaves from Termini station (metro A and B) and runs along Via Casilina, is just 200 meters away. The metro C stop (connection with metro A/San Giovanni) is about 500 meters away (excellent for reaching Rome's major sights in a short time).
