This 2-bedroom apartment with a private garden is situated in Gravedona. Just 1 km from a lake, it is great for both families and groups. There is a shared swimming pool for relaxation. From this apartment, you can plan an excursion to Gallio Palace and Lake Como Adventure Park. In the evening, you can hit the nearby lake. A forest, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found 1 km away. Parking is available on the premises and you will find a shared terrace ideal for barbecues. This centrally heated accommodation has a satellite TV and WiFi for entertainment. A sofa bed is kept in the living room to relax on. There is an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator at your disposal. For the comfort of kids, a separate bed is available. A pet can be kept after paying a small rental fee. The house is accessible from the parking level, located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019), or via external stairs. The private indoor parking area is accessed from the road above (provincial road) via a short, fairly steep ramp. It is a few steps from the lift to the entrance. Malpensa Airport is less than a 2-hour drive away. Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay.
