The ancient structure,used as a shelter for animals,has been completely renovated respecting the forms ,dimensions and materials originally used.All rooms are equipped with every comfort and private terrace with sea view. Our philosophy, which is reflected in every detail of Casa Balata, is that of strict respect for nature and the environment, and is declined in our choices. For this reason, all our agricultural produce - olives and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, citrus fruits, vegetables and vegetables, aromatic and medicinal plants, are grown absolutely ORGANIC.Even our bio-pool is designed to be perfectly integrated into the surrounding environment.
