A house above all. The two apartments, Infinito and Altrove, are located in one of the most panoramic corners of Sant'Elpidio a Mare, the Cunicchio district, where they open up to views and landscapes that are unique every day with the Sibillini Mountains as a natural setting. The particular architectures enhance geometries and plays of light creating direct dialogues with sunsets and silences that can be enjoyed in the historic center. Breakfast is provided in the bar located 100 meters from the property and includes a croissant and a drink of your choice between coffee/cappuccino. Parking is not available as it is in the historic centre, but access is permitted for loading and unloading in front of the structure. The nearest car park is 100 meters away (for a fee) or free at around 200 metres.
The Cunicchio district is one of the most scenic districts of Sant'Elpidio a Mare. Walking along its alleys you can enjoy flowers and endless views towards the Sibillini Mountains, between deep silences and incredible sunsets. Sant'Elpidio a Mare is located only 7 km from the Adriatic Sea and it is possible to easily reach the sandy beaches mixed with gravel of Porto Sant'Elpidio and those of very fine sand of Lido di Fermo. The proximity to the A14 motorway exit makes it easy to travel to the main tourist resorts of the region such as Fermo, Recanati, Loreto, Ancona and the Conero Riviera, San Benedetto del Tronto and Ascoli Piceno. An hour away, on the other hand, it is possible to reach the Monti Sibillini National Park.
