Casa Rancacci is a beautiful place in the middle of nature with a fantastic view in the surrounding valley with the possibilities to arrive in important place not very distant by car. the ideal place for people that like to find a relax place at direct contact with nature.

In the valley of Mercatale , very quite village in the middle of four medievale castles you can find all necessary services like restaurants, bar, farmacies, and you can arrive in important place like Cortona20km, Assisi 45km , Trasimeno lake 20 km, Siena 50 km
