- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests. For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required. Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required. Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations. - ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property provides check-in between 3PM and 8PM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time to arrange key delivery. Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request for an extra charge, payable in cash on arrival. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is mandatory by 10AM. - CLEANING: A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. - NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. - WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay. - WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION: Milano2 is located in the municipality of Segrate, located in the eastern part of Milan, close to the ring road interchanges and a few kilometers from Linate airport. The neighborhood was built to propose a quiet and safe residential area with large green spaces, pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes, and car roads. The latter are placed at a lower level than the urban area, so as to limit the traffic impact on the neighborhood. By public transportation (bus 925) it is possible to reach Milan in a few minutes, and by the “thumb” (bus 923) Segrate and Linate airport. Bordering the northern part of the neighborhood is the San Raffaele Hospital, a clinical, scientific excellence as well as a hub for higher and university studies. The neighborhood is developed along a central axis near which are the 28 apartment buildings, businesses, post office, hotel, church, schools, Sporting Club, playgrounds, sports field, basketball court and roller skating rink. GETTING AROUND THE AREA: By public transportation (bus 925) it is possible to reach Milan in very few minutes and by the “pollicino” (bus 923) Segrate and Linate airport.
