My B&B is on the fourth floor (but don’t worry there is a lift) of a nineteenth century fascinating building, located in Via Ottaviano 32 Rome. It is a perfect location for your stay in Rome: just 200 meters from the subway station “OTTAVIANO/SAN PIETRO” and 400 meters from the Vatican City and the magnificent Bernini’s Colonnade.
Walkers can also reach easily the most famous sites: from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Navona to Trevi Fountain; from Gianicolo with its breath-taking view on the Roman ruins to Trastevere….and the list may go ahead…
The B&B has two fresh-renovated and high-class rooms that only differentiate by size. Each room has a private bathroom (just next to it), free WiFi, flat screen TV, hair-dryer, modern air conditioner and emergency lights. The B&B also offers electric iron, fax, photocopier and several city guides.
Breakfast (included in the rate) varies daily taking into account your diet preferences.

My name is Augusto.I've started to run in my b & b since january of this year, the 16. And i really love it, cause it gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of people from all over the world ( and you believe in me when i say... it's fantastic).
Anyway i love travel, have fun with my friends, art, every kind of good music, animals etc etc.....but especially sharing my experiences with all of you!!

It goes without saying that St. Peter’s Basilica, the extraordinary Vatican Museums (two minutes walking distance) and St. Angelus Castel (800 m.) make this place really special. Moreover, the whole area is famous for its shops, restaurants and coffee shops where people can pleasantly relax and enjoy their stay. The area boasts excellent transport services: in addition to the subway in Piazza Risorgimento there are several bus lines that connect different areas of the city.
