This charming accommodation is ideal for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Located on the first floor with elevator access (no stairs), it is not suitable for parties or loud music. We kindly ask for respect and consideration for our neighbors.Available for your car is a fenced parking lot with an automatic gate, as well as a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. PETS OWNER: For those traveling with their four-legged friends a small supplement is required. We kindly ask you not to leave them alone in the apartment to avoid noise and ensure a peaceful stay for our neighbors as well. Thank you for your understanding!" SURROUNDING AREA: you will find two restaurants, a small market with fresh bread, a pharmacy, and an ATM, all in a context of absolute safety, both day and night. Conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Venice, Jesolo, and Treviso, our location is perfect for exploring the area. The International College H Farm is only 1 km away. Enjoy the serene terrace that overlooks the picturesque Sile River. Nearby, you'll find the Greenway Treviso-Jesolo cycle path, as well as the Via Claudia Augusta and Romea Strata, just a few meters from your door. There are three motorway exits nearby: Meolo (for those coming from the East), Venice East, and Marco Polo Airport, which is only 6 km away.
