Ex Magazzini is located in the heart of Cagliari, and its balconies overlook one of the most famous street of the city Via Manno, also considered the main shopping street of the city. Thanks to a careful renovation of the building and the spaces, the historical architectural elements have been preserved and enhanced. The whole is completed by the choice of exclusive design furniture and unique finishes. From there, you can easily stroll around the 4 historic neighborhoods : Marina, Castello Villanova and Stampace. Olive & Blueberry have two balconies each overlooking the pedestrian street of Via Manno. The 2 Suites have wifi, air conditioning, smart TV, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a small courtesy kit. Remember that Ex Magazzini is not an hotel. Entrance is automated with code. Before your arrival we'll contact you to ask for your personal data and to give you all the info you will need for your access and your self check in. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. But remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. From the first of July 2021 the Municipality of Cagliari asks for the City Tax (1,50 per person per night) which is due tobe paid by the guests who sleep in Cagliari. City Tax can be paid by cash at check out time.

The property is indeed between Marina, the old fishermen neighborhood, and Castello, that was the old and noble city. Nearby you will have many cafes and restaurants.
