The Fenix offers a quiet garden, and a range of elegant rooms with air conditioning, minibar and satellite TV. The hotel is located along Via Nomentana, behind the Luiss University and a 5-minute walk from Villa Torlonia park. The rooms are bright and many feature a private balcony.
