GaeLeon is a country house that dates back to 1422, completely restored recovering the ancient original materials and maintaining the architectural peasant model of the time. With its 10,000 square meters of court enjoys a splendid view of the hills and the Adriatic Sea. GaeLeon has three apartments of 45 square meters consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and kitchen. Ideal for romantic stays or with the family. Completely independent of each other, the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and fridge for those who wish to cook, or use the breakfast service, served by the owners with local products. GaeLeon is furnished with care: the sheets, towels and curtains are partly embroidered by hand, in pure cotton or linen made by the loom, hand-made linens of the Marche tradition. Every single piece of furniture tells a story, the details embellish the rooms, objects found in the markets or memories of travel, to wrap the guest in a family atmosphere. At the arrival of the guests we organize a welcome drink with sparkling wine and typical local products.
GaeLeon is immersed in the green hills of Fermo, near the town of Campofilone, famous all over the world for its egg macaroni. From here you can easily reach medieval towns rich in history and works of art to be discovered (Fermo, Montefiore dell'Aso, Massignano, Moresco, Monterubbiano). The sea is just beyond the hills with its long sandy or pebble beaches (Pedaso, Cupramarittima, Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto). The Sibillini Mountains and its Natural Park are behind and invite to unforgettable excursions in the midst of nature. And everywhere typical products not to be missed: egg pasta, Adriatic fish, grilled meat, cold cuts and cheeses, oil and wines, as well as the artisan products of the Marche region (shoes, bags, hats, pillow embroidery). The structure is inside a biological company. GaeLeon has an agreement with the Chalet “LO SCOGLIO” in Grottammare with 20% discount on LUNCH, DINNER, SEAHOUSE (sunbeds, deckchairs, parasol).
