Our apartments fall, according to Italian law, into tourist rentals, or private homes made available for tourist use, they are not hotels or bed & breakfasts, but our accuracy and attention to detail means that you will have everything you need to experience a holiday to remember! We will assist you with information, ideas and secrets, via PDFs, links and useful tools to be able to better experience the area. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
