The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Corso Garibaldi. It's 500 meters from Perugia Cathedral and 600 meters from San Severo Church. It consists of 2 bedrooms, including a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single/double sliding bed. Both bedrooms are very bright. The main double bedroom has a direct view of the main street and is very spacious, 25 m2 of room which makes it unique and pleasantly livable. In this wonderful room there is also a 55-inch TV and an armchair that becomes a single bed. The second bedroom instead has a small balcony that overlooks the internal courtyard of the building. There is a large complete bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink as well as a huge mirror that covers the entire wall. The open space living room consists of a brand new kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook or prepare a good breakfast. Ultra-fast Wifi connection is present throughout the apartment.
