Located in the small village of Pollein, Valle d'Aosta, with just over 200 inhabitants, this 45 m² apartment on the third floor without an elevator can accommodate up to 4 people. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains in a quiet and peaceful area. The accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and all necessary comforts. Other amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV with satellite receiver, fan, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and bicycles available upon request. Heating is autonomous and there is a fireplace, with wood provided upon request. An uncovered parking space for your exclusive use is located in the internal courtyard of the building.
