The Sallustiano Guest House is located on the first floor, without elevator, of an elegant period carefully maintained and consists of 5 private rooms, an interesting aspect if you travel in company, but if you always want to have your own privacy. Every room has a queen bed, a wardrobe, desk, mini fridge and a private bathroom. The kitchen and the laundry room are shared spaces with the other rooms and are equipped with all the necessary services to offer you a stay of true comfort. The kitchen area has a hob, a microwave, toaster, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine - everything you need to prepare a small breakfast and warm up your food. The laundry has a washer and a dryer. Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning / heating system (each room has its own fan coil: heat pump in the winter season, air conditioning in the summer. Time period established by the regulations in force). Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).

The structure is located in the Sallustiano district, built towards the end of the 19th century, characterized by multiple stately buildings and offices. Its center is the quiet Piazza Sallustio, the only real square in the district, where the remains of the Horti Sallustiani from which the district took its name can still be seen today. The district, well served by public transport, also enjoys a strategic position for easily visiting the Eternal City.
