Property information

Apartment recently renovated is a blend of ancient and modern .., modern and functional, exposed stone, terracotta floors and natural wood, the loft in wood, steel and glass, very special, unique. The atmosphere in I due loft will capture you, you'll fell comfortable and spoiled in it's spaces. Nevertheless its strategical position from the Lake Iseo and its beautiful surroundings. From Pisogne, just 20 km from the house, where you'll be able to get the ferry that will take you to Christo floating piers. The installation of the famous Artist will be opened to visitors and Art Collectors from 18th June to 3rd July 2016.

Neighbourhood information

This Middle Age village offers grocery store, a bar and a sports center with tennis courts .The Rocks engraving Unesco sites are just down the road ,5 minutes walking distance. Strategic location for lovers of mountain ,hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Iseo Lake and surrounding is frequented throughout the year as its peculiar conformation offers all what tourists wants. In Summer all water activities: swimming, windsurfing, fishing, diving ,sailing as well as trekking and mountain bike in the mountains. In winter time further up towards Vallecamonica to the mountain peaks beautiful loops for all different winter sports. The Brescia shore is reach of various kind of nature as this lake is surrounded by mountains: in the middle of the lake the beautiful island “Monte Isola”with its uncontaminated nature as cars do not drive there, all along the lake shore orchards, vineyards, olive trees and flowIn this area an excellent olive oil is produced,which has significant organoleptic characteristics. The street along the Bergamo shore offers a picturesque view on the lake’s overhangs All along the lake,in the lower part of the mountains chestnut ,hazelnuts and walnuts trees
