The Bed and Breakfast Il Cagliarese is a comfortable and ideal place to stay: it is located on the second floor. The building is equipped with stairs and lift from a historic building in the "Marina" district, in via Vittorio Porcile, on the corner with the central via Roma (Port of Cagliari), next to the building that houses the Regional Council of Sardinia. It is easily reachable, by any means of transport, thanks to its strategic position (in the historic center of Cagliari). The Bed and Breakfast Il Cagliarese has quiet, comfortable and welcoming rooms. The furnishings create a warm and hospitable atmosphere. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, set of towels per person), air conditioning with independent control, 32" LED TV, digital terrestrial and satellite, Wi-Fi and safe. Can’t wait to host you!
La Marina is one of the four historic districts of Cagliari. Its borders are delimited to the north by the castle walls, to the south by via Roma (beyond which is the port), to the east by viale Regina Margherita and to the west by Largo Carlo Felice. From via Roma some narrow streets lead up to the upper part of the neighborhood, including via Barcellona, ​​ancient Carrer de Barcelona and via Baylle, formerly Carrer de Sanct Leonard. Parallel to via Roma are via Sardegna, the ancient Carrer dels Sicilians, which has always been known to the people of Cagliari for the numerous trattorias found there and which spread the smell of typical fish-based dishes into the air, and via Cavour, formerly called Carrer de Gésus, in Sardinian S'arrug'e Gésus, as it began from the Porta di Gesù, opened in the eastern walls (where today Viale Regina is located Margherita), and which in turn took its name from the nearby convent of Santa Maria di Gesù, which stood, until 1718, in the area now occupied by the complex of the former tobacco factory.
