A cozy open space, luminous and bright. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful wiew over the seaside and the sand dunes. It has been completely restored and it is in excellent conditions both internally and externally. Would you like to enjoy a good glass of wine while admiring the amazing sunsets just sitting on the panoramic terrace? The whole area is under video surveillance. The openspace has a separate bathroom, and a open shower on the back terrace. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you need for the preparation and eating of meals. It is also provided with air conditioning hot/cold and Internet connection as well as a bluetooth that allows you to enjoy your favourite music from all your devices. You will reach "Il Nido" from the street by going up about 50 stairs.
Hello I'm Roberto, I like travelling, meeting new people and cultures, sports and nature as well as sitting in front of a beautiful sunset relaxed by the sea.
800 meters from the apartment and you will enjoy one of the most beautiful ad unspoiled beach in Sardinia. The area is well served by 3 restaurants, 4 bars and a disco pub, an ATM, first aid service. The apartment located at Condominio Costadoro which is under video surveillance and the access is governed by an automatic barrier with remote control.
