The recently built villa has a garden and a car park; behind there are woods and mountains, in the front, only 100 metres away, a long public beach. Inside a cheerful colourful communal area, with tables, a fridge, a microwave and a sofa. From the terrace the peaceful view of the lake and the mountains.
