The apartment is located near the Tivoli Terme railway station, therefore convenient for quickly reaching both Rome and the Guidonia airport and Tivoli with Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. In the nearby thermal baths, open for a fee in the summer season, it is possible to either relax in the thermal pools or take advantage of the SPA. The B&B is located on the second floor of a curtained building. The availability is offered in two independent rooms with independent bathroom, TV and air conditioning in the room. In the cozy common room you can relax or have an italian breakfast (on request). Smoking is prohibited inside the building, but you can take advantage of the large balcony overlooked by the common room, free WI-FI. Possibility of shuttle for those coming to Guidonia for the competition.
I am a very talkative and smiling person, I like to entertain my guests, telling them how to reach a certain place or even accompanying them. For any problem I am at their disposal and always reachable by phone.
From our B&B it is possible to reach the Terme di Tivoli on foot (thermal baths), while using public transport or own transport you can quickly reach Villa Adriana or Villa Gregoriana and Villa d'Este in Tivoli. The building is located in a commercial area, with shops, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies within easy walking distance. We are located near the station for those traveling by train. Free, unattended parking.
