Emporio Vacanze is a travel agency specialized in the online sale of tourist services. Thanks to the experience acquired over the years, we have developed skills and professionalism that guarantee a quality service to our customers. Since 2006, the year we began business, we have focused on specializing in the territory we know best: the Island of Elba... and then over time expanded our proposals to include Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica. With the stay we are able to offer our customers multiple services including ferry booking and transfers to and from ports and airports.

The structure, under video surveillance, has private unattended parking with a gate. The apartments have an independent entrance accessible both by car (loading/unloading area) via a dirt road, and on foot via an external path. They are located on the raised ground floor of a two-storey house and are surrounded by characteristic Mediterranean vegetation. For shared use of guests, equipped outdoor area, additional outdoor shower and laundry area. They all have independent air conditioning for each room, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, microwave and column fridge. Dishwasher only in the four-room apartment (apartment with 2 bedrooms). IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property does not provide bedroom and bathroom linen, it is possible to request rental at the time of confirmation by paying a supplement. For arrivals after 8.00 pm and for departures before 8.00 am there is a penalty.

The apartments are 4 km from the center of Portoferraio and about 150 meters from the Acquaviva beach which can be reached with private access. The famous pebble beach of Sansone is about 600 meters away, reachable on foot via a path.
