Company information

Our family-run establishment was built through hard work and patience as we renovated a historic manor house constructed by our grandfather during difficult times on land purchased by his family. In the early 2000s, it became one of the first accommodations in Decimomannu to adopt the Anglo-Saxon B&B model. Nowadays, it is run by a couple of educated parents who returned from abroad with their children to reunite with family. With limited savings but a great deal of determination, we have shaped this life project, which we hope you will enjoy. We also have a YouTube channel where you can view some stages of the renovation.

Ideally situated within walking distance of bus and train stations, guests benefit from convenient access to both the airport and the lively city center of Cagliari. Each unit is equipped with high-speed Ethernet and wireless broadband, ensuring effortless connectivity. For your comfort, air conditioning is available, and select units feature radiant floor heating. With direct access to the routes leading to Cagliari, Iglesias and Sassari our accommodations serve as an ideal base for discovering the breathtaking landscapes and attractions of Sardinia.

The property also boasts a spacious garden adorned with fruit trees, offering a mix of communal spaces and private areas for guests, depending on the unit. Located in an urbanized area, the building is surrounded by essential amenities, including easy access to the "Nuova Casa di Cura" hospital. Guests will also find several pizzerias nearby, perfect for enjoying delicious local cuisine. Additionally, the residence is close to Decimomannu's public park, Santa Greca Church, the public library, cycle lanes, as well as various bars, pubs, and eateries, including kebab shops. Decimomannu Airport is just a short distance away, enhancing the convenience of your stay.
