Spacious and Prestigious apartment overlooking a historic street in the Center of Perugia in a period building behind the 5-star Brufani Hotel and the prestigious Bank of Italy building. The apartment is located on the second floor which can be accessed by climbing a single flight of stairs. There is an elevator, but it only goes up to the second floor, so it can be used up to the second floor and then down the stairs to the apartment instead of using it uphill from the ground floor. The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 large walk-in closet, 1 refined bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 charming living room. For the times of the year with the hottest temperatures in the living room you will also find the portable air conditioner "Pinguino - De'Longhi" with 3 functionalities: ventilation, humidification and air conditioning, which allows the hot air to escape outside through a tube placed on the window as you can see from the photos of the accommodation. Located in the best location in the Historic Center, a few steps from Corso Vannucci. The house is fully furnished with valuable items.
