Relax in this peaceful space, centrally located along Via Francigena. The house is small but perfect for two people, equipped with all comforts. Situated about halfway between Rome and Viterbo, it’s an ideal starting point to enjoy the wonders of Tuscia and beyond! Villages, parks, castles, spas, lakes... just choose, and you’ll find out that they are all easily reachable, especially by car. There are also good connections with public transport: Cotral buses and the FL3 train line. The accommodation is spread over two floors: on the entrance level, you’ll find the kitchen, while upstairs there is the bedroom and bathroom. The stairs are a bit steep, and the bed is a queen-sized bed. The bathroom has a shower but no shower tray; however, it is still comfortable and equipped with all services. There is no TV antenna, but the "Amazon Fire Stick" is available for streaming. For those arriving by car: there is free parking along "Via Romana" or a paid one in "Corso Francesco Petrarca". For those who use public transport: the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes walk (Viale Nardini). Along the main road " Via Cassia", the Cotral line "Viterbo Riello-Roma Saxa Rubra" provides frequent connections passing through: Vetralla, Sutri and Monterosi. As for trains, with regional line "FL3 Viterbo-Roma" you can easily reach the respective city centers, but pay attention: "Capranica-Sutri" rail station is far from city center and connections are infrequent! Alternatively, there is "Vetralla" (only one stop away from Capranica) from where you can easily reach the bus stop Cotral "Vetralla, Stazione FS", directly on the Cassia and therefore well connected with Capranica (about 10 mins ride), Rome and Viterbo.
