Property information

Piante del Principe is a brand new structure recently built. The structure consists of 3 APARTMENTS and two DOUBLE ROOM WITH PRIVATE TERRACE. All units are equipped with the comforts and services necessary for a relaxing holiday in a location surrounded by olive trees. The apartments can accommodate 4 people, the Double Room 2. The entrance to the structure is through an automatic gate and the outside is equipped with a video surveillance system. THE APARTMENTS: consist of an entrance hall, living room with very comfortable double sofa bed and Smart TV, dining area with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, patio with outdoor furniture where you can relax and have meals. THE DOUBLE ROOM WITH TERRACE: consists of a very large room with double bed, sofa, TV, air conditioning, table with chairs and corner with electric kettle and coffee machine, bathroom with shower and toilet, private terrace. The exterior of the structure is composed of a large garden with olive trees and private internal parking. BEDS: Each APARTMENT can accommodate 4 people, 2 of which in the bedroom with double bed and 2 in the double sofa bed located in the living room. THE ROOM can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. BATHROOM: All units have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. WIFI: The entire structure is equipped with Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING: Each unit is equipped with Air Conditioning. LINEN: Each unit is complete with bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE: GUESTS OF THE APARTMENTS will also have access to a washing machine which they can use at no cost. KITCHEN: THE APARTMENTS have a kitchen complete with everything you need (utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, oven and microwave oven).

Piante del Principe is located in a quiet countryside area, a 10-minute drive from Palermo Airport, 1.5 km from Piraineto di Carini Station and a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach. In the area there are several commercial activities that can be reached by car in a few minutes.
