Bright one bedroom apartment of new construction in the historic center of Ustica in a quiet and central position to reach the most important tourist attractions. bars, restaurants, central square, church, archaeological museum, castle, disco, diving centers and minimarket, all within walking distance. The apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, fridge and TV, a bedroom with a memory-foam double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (room that can be closed with a sliding awning). Air conditioning, roof blades, sheets and towels included.
The area is very quiet and characteristic. The main square is 50 meters away, on foot you can reach restaurants, all the diving centers, the bus stop for island tours, the island's excursion agency, the castle.
