In a two minutes’ walk, you can reach the railway station , to take the train to Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso), Levanto, Chiavari, Genova and, to the East, to Sarzana, Lunigiana villages (Fosdinovo, Fivizzano, Bagnone), Massa Carrara, Versilia, Pisa and Firenze, too. Don’t forget to visit the famous “Villa Romana” in Le Grazie, one of the little harbours between La Spezia and Portovenere. At about 50 metres, there is the bus stop to Portovenere, Lerici and Sarzana. During your holiday, you can also visit the most important museums in La Spezia: Museo Navale. Museo Lia and Museo Camec. It’s forbidden to smoke. Parties are forbidden.
I love winter and summer sports; i decided to open this holday house cause i love to travel knowing peoples from different countries. By the way you're all welcome in my apartment and in this wonderful territory.
Platform 1 is just in the Umbertino quarter, next to the famous, old Brin fountain and “Nostra Signora della Salute” church. The flat has been restored and furnished in January 2017, it has all the comforts you can require to visit our wonderful territory. Nearby, there are: a chemist’s, a tobacconist’s, a supermarket, a greengrocer’s, a butcher’s, a baker’s and other kinds of shops.
