Villa with large garden, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 14 beds. Ideal for the whole family or a group of friends, this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for a holiday surrounded by greenery but close to the sea. Podere Belvedere is an ancient stone farmhouse located in the heart of Maremma, the southern area of ​​Tuscany, a few kilometers from the sea. The villa stands on a gentle hill surrounded by quality Sangiovese vineyards, well known for the prestigious "Morellino di Scansano" wine, a large Mediterranean garden overlooking the olive grove from which a top quality "Toscano IGP" oil is obtained. The interiors of the house are characterized by ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta tiles characteristic of the area. Outside it has a large porch where there are tables, chairs and comfortable loungers for the garden and BBQ area. The house enjoys an excellent view that extends to the sea of ​​Castiglione della Pescaia where the sun descends with its spectacular sunsets. The entire villa and outdoor spaces are for the exclusive use of guests.
From the structure you can reach the sea which is about 20 km away in the towns of Albinia, Talamone, Marina di Grosseto, 30 km in the towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto S. Stefano and Porto Ercole. In 15 km you reach the cities of Grosseto and Magliano, the fantastic historic villages of Capalbio, Pitigliano, Montemerano, the Saturnia spa etc. are easily reachable... 70 km from Siena and 20 km the Maremma natural park.
