Property information

Lovely studio of about 39 sqm with beautiful private fenced garden of about 80 sqm. Private parking inside the property. The studio has a covered patio equipped with chairs and table for outdoor dining. On the back, additional small private space, equipped with washing machine and barbecue. Inside we find: kitchenette with gas stove, microwave, dining table for 4 people. In addition to this, there is a sofa bed consisting of two single beds and a TV. Complete the accommodation, a double bed and air conditioning system, as well as a bathroom with shower , toilet and bidet. The price includes: consumption of gas, water and electricity, air conditioning, final cleaning, private parking, use of the common swimming pool (from June 15th to September 15th). Animals not allowed.

Neighbourhood information

Wonderful position, in the middle of the typical Tuscan nature, green meadows, peace and serenity. At the same time, the beach is only 5 minutes far away and the nearest village, San Pietro in Palazzi, with all the services, is reachable in about 5 minutes by car.
