Welcome to our relaxing place Casetta del Borgo in the heart of Tuscany, just a short distance from the famous medieval village of San Gimignano. La Casetta del Borgo is on one floor, it is composed of a kitchen/living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The kitchen integrates an electric/gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, as a kitchen/living room it is equipped with a large 2-seater sofa, digital terrestrial TV. There is a heating system for those who want to rent during the autumn/winter seasons. All independent. For 2-4 people, 2+2 beds. The finishes are excellent and there are many references to historical elements and Tuscan tradition, such as wooden beams, terracotta tiles, wooden window frames, stone cladding, in a very green and absolutely relaxing context. A few meters from our holiday accommodation there is a fantastic swimming pool, accessible at every hour! Immersed in the Tuscany countryside, The Casetta also has a personal garden furnished with a wide table and chairs, perfect if you want to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner in the open air and in direct contact with nature, or even if you wanna simply read a book. Not so far from the little house, you can also find a private parking lot. Last, but not least, we also have a super fast wi-fi (powered by Starlink), all new, updated on May 2025, so you can freely update your socials with your beautiful holiday pics and/or enjoy your favourite youtube videos or tv-shows after a long day of visiting the various cities nearby the Casetta.

Paolo and Tania initially chose to work in the hospitality sector just for fun, as it was not their main occupation. Their greatest satisfaction comes from giving people from all over the world the opportunity to stay near San Gimignano, explore Tuscany, and enjoy a pleasant holiday.

La Casetta del Borgo is located inside a Resort, is on the hills 500 meters high, around Castelfalfi, Montaione and Gambassi Terme. The area is well known and visited for the beauty of the landscapes and the richness and wholesomeness of its springs. La Casetta del Borgo is few minutes away from the famous medieval town San Gimignano, which is only a few minutes, aways from Volterra, only 30 minutes. The accommodation is also close to other famous cities in Tuscany like Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca, reachable in less than an hour. The art cities are also accessible by train, from Empoli and Castelfiorentino. Our guests will find many restaurants and typical shops nearby, in San Gimignano, Montaione, or Gambassi Terme.
