Enjoy a stylish vacation in this ultra-modern location, in the Campo Marzio district, composed by a deluxe suite with living room, bedroom and a private bathroom, and a deluxe room with private bathroom, both renovated with entirely new, quality furniture. The location is on the third floor of a 17th-century building with an elevator, in the most beautiful area of Historic center of Rome , just in front of the romantic Tevere river. Among all the amenities, you will find autonomous heating and air-conditioning, Nespresso machine, a water kettle, large screen TV, large shower, wardrobe, chest of drawers and safe. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the common service area. You won't need a taxi during your stay as you will have most of Rome attractions for both culture, eating and shopping, at walking distance. Nearby also the Metro. I am a non-professional host who started this activity out of passion a few months ago. I am also a tourist and I want to give people coming to Rome the same high-quality experience that I would like to find when traveling. We live in the apartment next door and are always willing to give advice or try to meet the needs of our guests. I have personally taken care of the furnishings of the location and made high-quality services available.
We are a beautiful tree-lined street in front of the Tiber River, in one of the most elegant places in the Historic Center, in the ancient district of Campo Marzio, just a few meters from Piazza del Popolo, the Mausoleum of Augustus, and close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, as well as all the main attractions and shopping streets
