Room sizes: 15 to 19 sq m; they are thermally and acoustically insulated, equipped with air conditioning, wifi, en-suite bathroom (with step), fridge, smart monitor, telephone, safe, home automation. There is a common area with 4 furnished kitchen blocks, each serving one room plus 4 tables for dining. The kitchen block only works when the guests of each room are present. The entrance to the b&b is domotically controlled while each room has its own lock. Common areas, such as the corridor and dining room/kitchen, are served by security cameras. Rooms are cleaned on entry and exit with superheated steam, followed every 3 days for longer stays; ditto for the supply of sheets, bedspreads and bathroom sets; soaps, phono, body dry, oral hygiene sets, disposable slippers, (for cooking) spices, oil, vinegar, coffee are also supplied. Breakfast is offered in agreement with the bar on the ground floor.
