Late Check-In: Check-in is by APPOINMENT from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, through a link that you will receive a few days before your arrival. Check-in after 7.00pm is possible with an extra charge of €40.00 to be paid in cash at check-in time; after 11.00pm, the supplement is €70.00, and it's until 1am maximum.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform SAINT MARK'S BASILICA @200 meters in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 50 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
