The 100 m2 apartment is located on the mezzanine floor. Finely renovated. The rooms are large (about 22 m2), triple rooms with high noise-reducing windows, a comfortable, quiet environment, with attention to the smallest details (double bed 180 x 200 single bed 90 x 200), bright and spacious, diffused lights. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 (9 folding bed) travelers in: 1 "Double with third bed or Triple Room" room with private internal bathroom and 1 "Double with third bed or Triple Room" room + 1 living room with "double sofa bed" + folding bed that can be used for a family unit with up to 6 beds with exclusive external bathroom in the corridor. Furthermore, our rooms offer guests: high speed and no limits WI-FI connection, safe, desk, air conditioning and heating in every room, (independent boiler), 43" flat-screen Smart TV in every room with Netflix and Amazon prime, minibar, electric kettle also in the rooms, set of towels, sheets and blankets, hairdryer, shampoo. Living room with large double sofa bed, 43" flat screen TV. Kitchen equipped with appliances, large fridge-freezer, toaster, induction hob, microwave oven, coffee machine. Desk with high chairs. Check in from 02.00 pm to 08.00 pm (after 08.00 pm supplement of 20 euros). Cleaning service at the end of the stay and laundry service for a fee . Excellent liveability

It is located in the lively Prati district (Piazza Risorgimento), full of restaurants, café bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and fresh fruit and vegetable markets, newsagent, pharmacies and close to the best shopping streets and everything you might need. 200 meters from St. Peter's Basilica, 100 meters from the Vatican Museums, 10 minutes by metro from Piazza di Spagna, 15 minutes by metro from Termini Station, 500 meters from the Santo Spirito hospital, 10 minutes by bus to the Olympic stadium.
