Hello, I'm Francesca, I'm a dynamic woman. I was born in Lecce and Neapolitan by adoption. I would like to host you in my apartment overlooking the sea and let you experience the emotions that this beautiful landscape offers. Sometimes I wake up at dawn and go out to the balcony to sip "na tazzulella e cafè". I love to see the sun rise from the majesty of Vesuvius while the hill of Posillipo is still drawn by the night lights, the sea breeze touches my skin and the city gently wakes up.

Property information

The area reserved for guests consists of a portion of a self-contained apartment consisting of four independent rooms (each with a bathroom in the room), overlooking a common corridor. The rooms are presented complete with every comfort with minimal-chic decor. All rooms have a private bathroom equipped with shower, toilet and bidet. Professional hairdryer and courtesy kit are provided.   The apartment enjoys excellent exposure resulting extremely bright, the view is breathtaking on the Gulf of Naples just steps from the sea.   In all rooms there is a television and an air conditioner.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located on the famous Caracciolo seafront, a few minutes walk from Castel dell'Ovo; piazza dei martiri with the elegant via de 'mille; 3 km from Piazza del Plebiscito with the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Theater; 100 meters from the American Consulate and five minutes walk from the Mergellina subway station; opposite the Molo Luise and the docking of hydrofoils to Ischia and the islands Aeolian.
